Sitting Fee £400.00 (This can be black/white, colour, or both)

What do I GET for the fee - are there any hidden extras?

• The above fee includes one family with up to 2 children. Individual photographs are taken of each child; family groups of the children altogether, and with the parents, are also included in this price.
• Your favourite photograph printed and mounted up to 16" x 12" in size
• Sittings for a family with more than 2 children are charged at £45.00 per extra individual - so a family with 3 children ie of 5 costs £445.00. However, if the sitting is without parents, this will remain as the cost of a family of 3 ie £400.00
• Parents requesting joint or individual portraits of themselves will be charged £45.00

EXTRAS:

1) Miniprints:
I have found that all my clients really love having the miniprints from the shoot to look at, so I now offer, unlike any other photographer, all the 6" x 4" miniprints or proofs for you to keep. Although not the quality of final hand prints, they are so much better than trying to screw up your eyes over contact sheets and they are fantastic to be able to compare and contrast with each other. You can then stick them in albums or send them to relatives or godparents.

However I have to make a small additional charge for these because whilst a job may take me 2 hours to do the photographs, I am now doing a further 2 hours or so editing on Adobe Photoshop.

All the 6" x 4" Miniprints/proofs of the photographs: Cost: 45p/miniprint
So for example: if we have done 250 pictures I will charge £112.50 above the fee quoted.

2) CD of all the photographs taken on the shoot Cost: £150.00
These can be used on the computer to make cards, canvases, emailed to friends etc.

The whole package explained:

For a family of 4 who wanted their 250 miniprints, one individual portrait taken of the mother, and the CD to keep, your package would cost:

• £400.00 (Fee for a family of 4)
• £ 45.00 (mother's portrait)
• £112.50 (250 miniprints)
• £150.00 (CD)
• Total: £707.50p

For that you would take home 250 miniprints AND one 16" x 12" enlargement.
The great advantage of this offer is that you receive ALL the photographs as proofs 6" x 4" size AND a mounted enlargement(s) of your choice.

Delivery

I will endeavour to get the pictures to you as soon as possible, but standard time is generally 2 to 3 weeks. Photographic orders will be sent to you at a Special Delivery charge of approximately £20.00. This covers sending discs/film to professional photographic labs in London for processing and being returned to me for checking and then sending out to you.

Exact cost can depend on how many pictures are included in the shoot.

Cancellations Policy

1) A job that is cancelled within two weeks of the date will incur a fee of £120.00. I do understand if it is a real emergency but as I have small children of my own and have to organise childcare whilst I work, often at the weekends, cancellations are costly.

2) If a date for a shoot is organised at a trade or Christmas fair, a deposit of £120.00 is payable on the day. This will be subtracted from the bill once the shoot has taken place but not refunded if the shoot is cancelled.
